Vercel credentials — verified clear
Done. Checked all three Vercel projects (website, funnel, funnel backup): zero environment variables, no API keys or GoHighLevel tokens anywhere. It is embedded forms only, and those forms belong to the sub-account, so they travel with the transfer. Nothing breaks. Verified 2026-06-23.

Open Sub-Accounts
In your GoHighLevel agency dashboard, go to Sub-Accounts.

Manage Classic Productions
Find Classic Productions in the list and open Manage Client.

Actions → Transfer Sub-account
Click Actions, then choose Transfer Sub-account.

Enter the relationship number
Type the destination agency relationship number exactly: 0-682-421. Double-check it before you submit. This is the one-way step.

Submit
Submit the transfer request. Processing can take up to 72 hours after both agencies submit their forms.

New agency approves
The receiving agency must click Approve on their Review Request email. The transfer does not complete until they do. Nudge your tech-lead contact to approve.

Coordinate the email rebuild
The CRM email setup (Mailgun and the built-in email) breaks on transfer by design. Hand the new agency the punch list so they rebuild it on their side.

Confirm the website still serves
You are keeping the website hosted on your Vercel (his confirmed choice). Verify both subdomains still load and still talk to the now-transferred CRM.

Ask for the testimonial
During the cutover call, ask Diamond for a testimonial. He thanked you for making this easy, the goodwill is there.
